Evaluation To Funded Account Process(2 Step)

Evaluation to Funded Process at Humble Futures Funding

At Humble Futures Funding, both our Standard Path and Express Path evaluations are structured as a 2-Step Process designed to fairly assess your trading skills before moving you into a funded performance account.

Step 1 – Evaluation Stage:
Traders operate a simulated account that mirrors real market conditions, aiming to reach the designated profit target while adhering to all risk management and prohibited trading practices.

Step 2 – Submission for Verification:
Once you have reached the profit target, you must submit an analysis request by emailing support@humblefunding.co. Please include:
Your Account ID
Your Rithmic User ID

Our analysis team will thoroughly review your trading activity to verify compliance with all rules and risk management guidelines.

What Happens After Verification:
• If you are on the Standard Path, once verified, you will receive an email containing a payment link to pay the activation fee.
• If you are on the Express Path, once verified, you will simply receive an email confirming successful verification — no additional fee is required.

Important Note About Performance Accounts:
If you are on an a Performance Account, it is crucial to carefully read the Legal Agreement.
• Drawdown rules change specifically for $25K and $50K funded accounts.
• The exact adjusted drawdown values are listed in the agreement.

Trading in the Funded Stage:
Once you transition to a funded account:
• You must maintain a strong risk profile.
• Funded accounts are subject to stricter analysis than evaluation accounts.
• You must stay within the 25% violation threshold and demonstrate consistent trading behavior to qualify for payouts.

Additional Payout and Policy Information:
For more information on how payouts work, minimum trading day requirements, and profit-sharing structure, please review the Payout Information section.

Final Reminder:
Before trading in a funded account, read the Legal Agreement thoroughly to fully understand all applicable rules, especially those affecting drawdowns for $25K and $50K performance accounts.

What are the initial capital requirements for opening a Performance Account?

Initial Capital Requirements for Performance Accounts:  At Humble Futures Funding, traders are not required to deposit any of their own capital to open an Evaluation or Performance Account. Unlike traditional trading setups where you need to risk your own money, Humble Futures Funding allows you to trade using our capital. This means you can take advantage of all the benefits and profit potential without putting your own funds at risk. Our model is designed to let you showcase your trading skills and achieve financial success by leveraging our resources, ensuring that the only risk you take is in your strategy, not in your personal finances.

What is the Standard Path?

Standard Path Overview:  The Standard Path is designed for beginner to intermediate traders who prefer a more methodical journey toward funding. After purchasing an evaluation account, traders must complete a minimum of 4 trading days and meet the profit target. Once the evaluation is passed, an activation fee is required to unlock the funded Performance Account. This two-step process promotes discipline and consistency, giving traders time to build confidence.

Key Benefits of the Standard Path:  This path includes a Consistency Rule applied to both Evaluation and Performance Accounts, a Revolving Discount on Evaluation Accounts, and the ability to upgrade to a Premium Performance Account once funded. It's ideal for those working steadily toward their $25,000 payout goal with structured growth and minimal upfront risk.

What is the Instant Funding Path?

The Instant Funding Path is tailored for traders who have already demonstrated their skills and received payouts from other firms or with Humble Futures Funding. This path allows experienced traders to bypass the evaluation stage and gain immediate access to a funded performance account.

Instant Funding Path Guidelines and Rules:
The Instant Funding Path is designed for traders seeking immediate access to a performance account without completing a traditional two-step evaluation. However, specific guidelines and restrictions apply to maintain compliance and payout eligibility.

Core Trading Guidelines for Instant Funding:
20% Consistency Rule – No single trading day may account for more than 20% of your total net profits.
Minimum of 8 Trading Days – Required before a payout request can be submitted. This rule continues to apply between all payout requests.
Contract Size Per Account – Traders must adhere to the maximum number of allowed contracts based on their specific account size.
Trailing Drawdown – Each account includes a trailing drawdown that moves up with your profits but never moves back down. If your account balance falls below this threshold at any point, the account is automatically liquidated.

Prohibited Trading Practices (25% Combined Violation Limit):
Only three rule types are enforced under Instant Funding, and violations are tracked across all trades. If more than 25% of your trades fall under either category below, the account is subject to closure or forfeiture of profits:
High-Frequency Trading (HFT) – Defined as holding trades for less than 8 seconds or executing an excessive number of trades in a short time.
Scalping Restrictions (Microscalping) – Making trades that fall below the tick thresholds listed below in more than 25% of total trades is prohibited.

Minimum Tick Requirements by Instrument:
• E-mini NASDAQ-100 (NQ): 12 ticks ($60.00)
• Micro NASDAQ-100 (MNQ): 12 ticks ($6.00)

Other Trading Considerations:
• Refer to the section titled "Can I trade during news events?" for limitations regarding economic reports.
• We do not enforce a Daily Loss Limit.
DCA(adding to a losing position more than five times is prohibited), Scaling, and Flipping strategies are permitted.

KYC & Legal Agreement for Instant Funding:
The required KYC documentation and legal agreement are only sent after a payout request has been submitted and verified by the compliance team. You will not be asked to complete KYC at the time of purchase, only once your account qualifies for withdrawal.

The Instant Funding Path is designed to reward proven traders by providing them with a fast path to accessing capital, enabling them to scale their trading journey efficiently.

Payout Information

After completing the necessary 8 trading days, you become eligible to request a payout from your standard or premium performance account(s). We have simplified the payout request process to make accessing your earnings easy and efficient.

How To Request Your Payout:  For a payout, either email us with your account information and withdrawal amount at support@humblefunding.co, or use the 'Request Payout' feature on the main page of the website. Enter the desired amount and confirm your Rithmic ID and Performance account name to complete the request.

Payout Windows:
Our two Payout Windows are the 1st–4th and 16th–18th of every month. While you can send a Payout Validation Request at any time after passing your evaluation, actual withdrawal submissions will only be processed within these windows.

We recommend that once you’ve passed, you submit your Payout Validation Request first—this pre-approves your account and lets us verify your details ahead of time. Then, when the next Payout Window opens, your withdrawal can be processed immediately, minimizing your overall wait time.

How Long To Receive Payout:

Payout requests can take from anywhere up to 48 hours - 72 hours.

30% Profit Consistency Rule for Standard and Premium Performance Accounts:  This rule, relevant only to live simulated performance accounts, ensures that a single trading day's net profit does not exceed 30% of your total net profit over the necessary 8 trading days when requesting payouts. This applies to both standard and premium performance accounts, maintaining consistent trading practices and encouraging disciplined profit management across all account types.

What To Do For Exceeding 30% Threshold:  Should you surpass this limit, continue to employ effective trading strategies. Over time, as your total net profit increases, the influence of a single high-profit day will diminish.

Payout Policy:  Our payout policy is designed for simplicity and trader benefit. Traders retain 100% of their net profits up to $25,000. After this threshold, a profit-sharing model kicks in, allowing traders to keep 90% of their net profits. This approach promotes a sustainable and advantageous relationship. Upon reaching a net profit mark of $25,000, traders can continue to trade with live capital under this profit-sharing agreement.

Withdrawal Options for Domestic (USA) and International Traders:

Traders can choose either RISE or Humble Futures Funding internal payout paths.

1. RISE Payouts:
After submitting your payout request, you’ll receive an onboarding email from RIZE, where you’ll:

  • Complete KYC verification.

  • Select from RIZE’s payout methods:

    • Domestic ACH Transfers

    • Global Wire Transfers

    • USD and Stablecoin (USDC, USDT)

    • Instant Transfer Options

2. Humble Futures Funding Direct Payouts:

For traders based in the United States, withdrawals can be processed through:
Wire Transfers – Directly sent to your registered bank account.
Cryptocurrency Payments – Available upon request in USDT, BTC, or ETH.

For International Traders, we offer multiple withdrawal options to accommodate global accessibility:
WISE (formerly TransferWise) – Secure and efficient international bank transfers.
Western Union – Fast cash pickup options in multiple countries.
Cryptocurrency Payments – Available in USDT, BTC, or ETH for seamless global transactions.

Please ensure that your preferred withdrawal method is correctly set up before requesting a payout to avoid delays. All payout requests must be verified for compliance before processing.

What happens if I don't meet the profit target in the Evaluation Account?

If you don't meet the profit target within the evaluation period, you can continue trading until your subscription ends. You may also renew your subscription to keep trading until you meet the target. There's no penalty for not meeting the target; however, the account will need to be reset if you breach any of the account's rules.

What is the difference between a Standard and Premium Performance Account?

The Standard Performance Account allows traders to receive their payout immediately upon request approval. Traders also have the option to choose a 3-month payout spread, which includes 5 free evaluation account resets.

The Premium Performance Account allows for trader to make higher payout requests while still recieving their payout immediately upon approval. It also offers a 2-month payout spread option, along with an added benefit of 5 free evaluation account resets + 1 PA Fee Waiver + 1 PA Reset. This account is tailored for traders who want to optimize their payout strategy and capitalize on their trading success while benefiting from enhanced account features.

It's important to note that the Standard and Premium Performance Accounts are separate purchase options—you cannot upgrade from a Standard to a Premium Performance Account.

Prohibited Trading Practices

Humble Futures Funding, like many other reputable trading firms, enforces rules to ensure fair and responsible trading. We want to make it clear that violations do not lead to immediate termination rather depending on the severity of the case traders may be only provided a warning, and in some cases a reset to provide another chance to correct any unwanted behavior, but termination is still a possible action. These are the prohibitions:

• High-Frequency Trading (HFT): Engaging in HFT practices, such as holding trades for less than 8 seconds or executing an excessive number of trades in a short period, is not permitted.

• Scalping Restrictions:  Making trades below the tick thresholds listed below in more than 25% of your trades is prohibited to discourage overly speculative behavior:

• Dollar-Cost Averaging (DCA): Adding to a position that is currently in a losing state—also known as averaging down—is strictly prohibited. Traders may only add to an existing position if the overall position is already in net profit. Five additional entry into a losing position is tolerated per trade pair, provided it aligns with a pre-defined trading plan and does not violate other rules. Adding more than one entry while the position remains in a net loss is considered a DCA violation. Traders are encouraged to scale into winning positions and maintain defined risk per trade. Multiple unplanned entries into a losing position will not be excused under any circumstance.

• Unauthorized Trading Algorithms: Use of automated trading bots or algorithms not approved by Humble Futures Funding is strictly prohibited.

Inactivity Rule: If any account—Evaluation, Standard, or Performance Account (PA)—is left without any trading activity for 30 or more calendar days, the account may be subject to review and termination. This rule ensures that all accounts maintain active and responsible trading practices.

These rules are in place to promote disciplined trading, reduce unnecessary risk, and align with industry standards for responsible trading practices. Violations of these practices may lead to immediate account termination.

Is news trading allowed?

Trading During Major News Events:  Based on feedback from our trading community, Humble Futures Funding now allows trading during high-impact news events. This change reflects our belief in empowering traders to build and refine their own strategies — including navigating volatility — while understanding the risks involved.

Trader Responsibility:  While trading during news is permitted, it comes with heightened risk. Major releases can cause extreme price movement, slippage, and increased spreads. By choosing to trade during these times, you accept full responsibility for the outcomes.

What to Expect During News Events:
Increased Volatility: Sudden spikes and drops may occur without warning.
Wider Spreads: Spreads may widen significantly before and after releases.
Slippage: Orders may not fill at expected prices due to rapid movement.
Execution Risk: Fast markets may lead to partial fills or order delays.

Examples of High-Impact News Events:
U.S. Employment Data: Non-Farm Payrolls (NFP), Unemployment Rate, ADP Employment Report
Inflation Reports: Consumer Price Index (CPI), Producer Price Index (PPI)
Central Bank Announcements: FOMC Rate Decision, ECB, BOE Monetary Policy Reports
GDP Releases: Gross Domestic Product Reports
Retail & Consumer Data: Retail Sales, Consumer Confidence Index

Recommended Practice:  We strongly suggest reviewing economic calendars like Forex Factory, Investing.com, or MyFXBook before trading. Use proper risk management when participating during high-impact times.

Final Note:  This update was made in response to community feedback and aligns with our goal to support independent strategy development. Please trade responsibly — we are here to fund growth, not recklessness.

What are the payout options, and are there any incentives?

By default, Humble Futures Funding provides instant payout options for traders upon request. However, when traders qualify for a payout, an email will be sent to verify and validate their request. In this email, traders with a Standard Performance Account will be given the option to select a 3-month payout spread, while Premium Performance Account holders can opt for a 2-month payout spread. For example, a $1500 payout would be divided into monthly payments of $500 for 3 months for standard accounts. Traders who choose this method are also eligible for incentives, including 1 free performance account reset and 2 free evaluation account resets.

Payout Spread Options: Traders also have the option to choose a payout spread to break their payout into smaller, monthly installments:

Standard Performance Account: Opt for a 3-month payout spread. For example, a $1500 payout would be divided into $500 monthly payments over 3 months.

Premium Performance Account: Opt for a 2-month payout spread. For example, a $1500 payout would be divided into $750 monthly payments over 2 months.

Incentives for Choosing Payout Spreads: Traders who select a payout spread option will receive the following incentives:

Standard Performance Account: 3 free evaluation account resets.

Premium Performance Account: 2 free evaluation account resets and 1 free performance account reset

What are the Activation Fee Costs?

Important: Activation fees apply strictly to accounts under the Standard Path. These fees do not apply to Express accounts. Below are the activation options available:

1. $120 Lifetime Fee + 5 Additional Trading Days Required: Traders opting for this fee must first successfully pass their evaluation account. After passing, if they choose the $120.00 one-time fee option they will recieve a Standard Performance Account (PA) the same day with the condition of trading an extra 5 days for additional trading consistency before they will recieve their PA. There is no size limit to how many ticks or trades there must be, the trader just needs to follow the scalping tick thresholds.

2. $150 Lifetime Fee + One Day Pass: This is a one-time payment that grants instant access to a Standard Performance Account (PA), with the additional option of a same day payout for any requests. No additional waiting period is required.

3. $210 Lifetime Fee + One Day Pass: This one-time payment grants instant access to a Premium Performance Account (PA), which includes enhanced payout options and other benefits, with the additional option of a same day payout for any requests.

These options allow traders under the Standard Path to choose the best fit for their trading journey, whether they prefer a monthly spread payout or a same day payout activation fee for instant access to their Performance Account.

How to Cancel Account Subscriptions?

To cancel your subscription, it is the trader's responsibility to either email the support team at support@humblefunding.co or open a support ticket in the official Discord server. These are the only accepted methods for subscription cancellations

Important : If you do not cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle and are rebilled, you will not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure that cancellation requests are made in advance to avoid unwanted charges.

For traders who wish to manage their accounts effectively, we recommend reviewing your subscription status regularly to prevent any unexpected renewals. Once a cancellation request is received, you will be notified of the successful termination of your subscription.

Humble Futures Funding is committed to transparent and fair policies, and we encourage all traders to reach out promptly if they have any concerns or questions regarding their subscriptions.

What happens if I violate the overnight trading rule?

Violating the overnight trading rule results in immediate account termination, forfeiting all progress and profits. This policy applies to both Performance Accounts and Evaluation Accounts without any 25% threshold requirement. Repeated violations will lead to a permanent loss of funding privileges.

What are the micro and mini sizes we allow for each account size?

Standard Path Evaluation Accounts:

At Humble Funding, we follow a clear 1/10 conversion ratio between mini and micro contracts. This means for every 1 mini contract allowed, traders may alternatively trade up to 10 micro contracts. Below are the updated limits for each account size:

25K Account:
Traders are allowed to trade up to 4 mini contracts or up to 40 micro contracts.

50K Account:
Traders can trade up to 5 mini contracts or up to 50 micro contracts.

75K Account:
Traders can trade up to 8 mini contracts or up to 80 micro contracts.

100K Account:
Traders are allowed up to 10 mini contracts or up to 100 micro contracts.

150K Account:
Traders can trade up to 15 mini contracts or up to 150 micro contracts.

300K Account:
Traders can trade up to 30 mini contracts or up to 300 micro contracts.

Express Path Evaluation Accounts:

These accounts follow the exact same mini and micro contract sizing as the Standard Path equivalents listed above. This ensures consistency across account types and allows traders to scale appropriately based on preference and risk.

Important Note:
While these are the officially supported contract limits for both mini and micro trades, our current automation system does not automatically reflect these sizes after purchase. If you would like your contract sizing updated to match the proper limits, please contact us either via email at support@humblefunding.co or by opening a support ticket in our Discord server. This is only temporary as we are actively working on a system upgrade that will reflect correct contract sizes automatically upon activation.

What is the 2% Price Limit Rule?

At Humble Futures Funding, the 2% Price Limit Rule is enforced to protect both the firm and our traders from excessive volatility and risk.

A CME Price Limit is the maximum allowable price range a futures contract can move during a single trading session. When this limit is reached, the market may temporarily halt, remain in a limit condition, or stop trading for the day depending on regulatory protocol.

Our 2% rule prohibits trading any product that is within 2% of its price limit—either to the upside or downside. This rule applies across all active trading accounts, including Evaluation and Performance Accounts, and is enforced without exceptions or thresholds.

How can you determine if you're within 2% of a Price Limit?

Price limits are calculated daily based on the CME's settlement price from the prior trading session. They vary by contract, product, and trading session (i.e., overnight vs. regular hours). Updated limits can be found on the CME Price Limits page and are usually released at 5:05 PM EST following each session.

To avoid violating this rule, monitor the % Net Change in your trading platform’s quote board. If your platform doesn’t show this, simply add the "% Net Change" column.

Example 1: If the settlement price of a product is 18,556.00 and the CME has set a 7% limit, the 2% rule calculation would be:

Stop trading if market moves above: 18,556 x (1 + 0.07 - 0.02) = 19,483

Stop trading if market drops below: 18,556 x (1 - 0.07 + 0.02) = 17,628

Trading within this 2% range of the price limit is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

Why do we enforce this?

Traders should avoid environments where price behavior becomes erratic. Participating in markets near the edge of CME-imposed limits increases the likelihood of slippage, execution risk, and potentially irreversible loss. Enforcing this rule safeguards both the trader and the integrity of Humble Futures Funding’s risk model.

Stay informed. Know your contract specs. Know your limits. For more details, visit the CME Group website and locate your product’s page for current price limit data.

Understanding the Trailing Threshold?

The trailing threshold serves as a dynamic risk management mechanism that adjusts the allowable loss limit according to a trader's peak account balance. If the account balance drops below this limit due to losses, it may result in failing the evaluation. This system promotes prudent trading by incentivizing traders to secure gains and minimize losses, thus highlighting the importance of robust risk management strategies.

At Humble Futures Funding, the trailing threshold is calculated based on unrealized PnL, meaning that both open and closed trades impact the threshold in real time. This approach closely mirrors the conditions of a live trading environment, ensuring traders develop risk-conscious habits that are essential when managing real capital. Unlike firms that only factor in realized gains, our model prevents excessive risk-taking by enforcing disciplined profit management throughout the trading session.

Key Details for Evaluation and Performance Accounts

Evaluation Accounts: The drawdown stops once the profit target is reached. If, for any reason, accounts are still allowed beyond this point, you should stop placing trades immediately to prevent unnecessary risk.

Performance Accounts: The maximum drawdown in the account will be the profit target, meaning once that target is met, the drawdown will no longer trail. However, if a payout is requested and the balance falls below the profit target, the drawdown will begin trailing again, based on the specific drawdown amount for that account size.

While this may feel restrictive at times, it ultimately prepares traders for the realities of professional trading, where drawdowns and floating losses must be carefully managed. Mastering this system ensures traders develop the discipline needed to protect capital and trade confidently.

Consistency Rule

At Humble Futures Funding, the consistency rule varies across different paths:

For the Standard Path, the 30% consistency rule applies to both evaluation accounts and performance accounts. This rule mandates that no single trading day’s profit should account for 30% or more of your total profits. This means evaluation accounts on the standard path need to be traded for a minimum of 5 days. Exceeding this limit means you won't be able to withdraw profits until consistency is restored.

On the Express Path, the 30% consistency rule is applicable only to performance accounts. Evaluation accounts under this path are exempt from the consistency rule, providing a more flexible evaluation period.

For the Instant Funding Path, a 30% consistency rule is in place, applicable solely to this path's performance accounts. This means that no single trading day’s profit should constitute 30% or more of your total profits.

Example:  If your total simulated profits are $10,000 and one day's profit is $3,500 on a Standard Path performance account, surpassing the 30% threshold, you will need to continue trading and generate additional profits. For instance, earning an extra $2,000 to bring the total to $12,000 would adjust the $3,500 profit to fall below the 30% limit, thus allowing you to withdraw your earnings.

Importantly, breaching the consistency rule will not always result in immediate termination of your account. In most cases, traders will simply need to correct the consistency by continuing to trade and achieving further profits until the requirement is met. However, Humble Futures Funding reserves the right to enforce stricter consequences, including account resets or, in severe or repeat cases, termination of the account for abuse of the rule. This is particularly relevant for certain paths and for traders who repeatedly violate the consistency rule.

What is the Express Path?

The Express Path is designed to accelerate your journey to becoming a funded partner with Humble Futures Funding. This path simplifies the process by allowing traders to pay only a monthly subscription fee, eliminating the need to purchase an evaluation and pay an activation fee separately. The goal is to make it quicker and easier for traders to get funded.

Special considerations for the Express Path include the absence of a consistency rule for the evaluation account. However, once you move to the performance account, a 30% consistency rule will apply. We recommend reviewing the consistency rule section in the FAQ to fully understand the requirements.

After passing the evaluation, there will be a 4-6 day probationary period where Humble Futures Funding analysts review your trading orders. During this time, analysts ensure that you are practicing proper risk mitigation strategies and not engaging in any prohibited trading practices. Once approved, you will receive your certificate and be assigned a standard performance account!

Regarding payout requests, once you pass the performance account, you must have traded for a minimum of 8 days. For instance, if you pass on the 6th trading day, you will still need to make trades for two more days to qualify for a payout request. Payout requests are reviewed and approved on the same day, enabling you to access your funds quickly!

Express Path Subscription Notice:

A key detail to keep in mind regarding Express Path subscriptions is that the subscription does not end once you pass the evaluation phase. Instead, it remains active for 3 months or until your first payout is successfully achieved. This means even after you move into the Performance Account stage, the subscription will continue to renew until you meet the minimum payout requirements and request your first withdrawal. Traders should plan accordingly and ensure they are aware of the ongoing billing cycle during this period. Upon the first succesful payout request, all renewals of the express path plan subscription will be refunded and deducted from the traders payout.

Shared Limited Reset Pool:

The ability to receive a free reset for your Express Path account is managed through our Shared Limited Reset Pool. This pool is refreshed on the 1st of every month and includes a limited number of resets that are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

To claim a reset, simply open a ticket in our Discord or email support@humblefunding.co. Please note that only one reset is allowed per trader per month, and availability is usually announced in Discord on the 1st. We encourage all traders to act quickly if they wish to redeem a reset from the monthly pool.

After the initial passing of the performance account and upon the first successful payout, traders will be able to request withdrawals as soon as they hit $500 or multiples of $500. These payouts will follow a 3-month payout spread. However, if a trader reaches the minimum withdrawal amount for their PA account size, they will return to the default of same-day payouts with no spread.

Example: If a trader hits $500, they can request a withdrawal, which will be split into three monthly payments of $166.67. If they reach the PA minimum withdrawal amount (e.g., $2,000 for some account sizes), they qualify for same-day payouts with the option to choose a payout spread for future requests.

What is the Static Drawdown? What are the Rules and Guidelines?

Static Drawdown accounts are structured with a fixed minimum balance that does not increase as you earn profits. These accounts offer a simpler, more transparent risk model and are ideal for traders who prefer a clearly defined stop-out level that doesn't move as profits are gained.

How Static Drawdown Works:
Your account begins with a defined starting balance and a fixed drawdown limit (minimum account balance). This minimum never changes, regardless of how much profit you make during the evaluation or performance phase.

For example:
If you start with a $100,000 account and a $625 drawdown, your minimum account balance is $99,375. If your account grows to $101,000, your drawdown still remains at $99,375. The account will only be liquidated if your balance falls to or below that fixed threshold at any time.

Evaluation Requirements:
To pass a Static Drawdown Evaluation account, you must:
• Trade a minimum of 8 calendar trading days
• Hit your assigned profit target without violating any rules
• Avoid breaching the fixed drawdown threshold
• Stay within the assigned contract size limits
• Close all trades at least 1 minute before market close

Activation Fee for Static Drawdown Accounts:
Static Drawdown accounts are exclusively available on the Standard Path, and require an activation fee once the evaluation is passed. This fee is mandatory to transition into the funded Performance Account stage.

• Static Drawdown is not available on the Express Path
• Activation fee is $170 for both 100K and 150K account sizes
• This one-time fee is only charged after you pass your evaluation
• Payment of the activation fee unlocks your funded account and trading privileges
• No hidden costs — just a simple flat rate to begin trading live under the Standard Path

Market Close & Overnight Trading Policy:
All trades must be fully closed one minute before market close for each instrument. Holding a trade past close is not allowed and will result in automatic account failure or forfeiture of profits in performance accounts.

Please note that different instruments have different closing times. It is your responsibility to know and follow these. We also advise reviewing the FAQ section titled "What are the trading hours?"

Trading Day Requirements:
• A trading day is any day you place at least one trade.
• Sunday and Monday are counted as a single trading day.
• There is no maximum number of days to reach your profit target.
• Evaluations renew automatically every 30 days until canceled or passed.
• Profit and drawdown carry over through renewals as long as the evaluation is not failed.

Holiday and News Trading Rules:
Please review the section titled "Can I trade during news events?" for full details. Here’s a summary:

Trading is not allowed within the following windows around high-impact events:
2 minutes before and after scheduled economic releases (e.g., CPI, GDP, NFP)
5 minutes before and after central bank announcements (e.g., FOMC, ECB)

Violating this rule may result in account termination or loss of funding. Traders are responsible for checking reliable sources like Forex Factory, Investing.com, or MyFXBook for upcoming events.

Contract Position Limits:
Static accounts are subject to strict limits on the number of positions you can open simultaneously.

Each 1 mini contract counts as 1 position.
10 micro contracts = 1 position.

Example allowed configuration for a 3-position max account:
• ✅ 2 minis and 10 micros
• ❌ 2 minis and 20 micros (equals 4 total positions)
• ❌ 3 minis and 600 micros (equals 9 total positions)

Exceeding the allowed number of open positions will lead to account failure. Only trade current front-month contracts with the highest volume. Avoid trading low-liquidity or expired instruments.

After Reaching the Profit Target:
Once you hit the target and complete the minimum 8 trading days, email support@humblefunding.co with your Rithmic User ID and the Account ID that passed. Our analysis team will verify your activity and respond within 1–3 business days with next steps.

Please note: The analysis team is offline on weekends. Requests made on Friday evenings through Sunday will be reviewed starting Monday.

Static Drawdown accounts provide structure, clarity, and a straightforward trading model for disciplined traders. Be sure to follow all the rules above and the rules outlined in "Prohibited Trading Practices" to stay on track toward funding.

Important:  The 8 trading days requirement applies only to performance accounts and is not applicable to evaluation accounts.

Enhanced Withdrawal Policy: This withdrawal policy promotes active trading and ensures financial stability within performance accounts. It provides traders with a clear understanding of their withdrawal capacities and requirements.

Standard vs. Premium Performance Accounts:

  • Standard Performance Accounts (PA) allow traders to receive their payout immediately upon request approval, with an option to choose a 3-month payout spread that includes 2 free evaluation account resets.

  • Premium Performance Accounts (PA) offer higher payout requests, and if traders opt for the 2-month payout spread, they receive an added benefit of 3 free evaluation account resets.

Extended Withdrawal Benefits:  From the fourth month of withdrawals for the same account, there is no maximum limit on the withdrawal amount, provided the account maintains the required minimum balance.

Humble Futures Funding remains dedicated to fostering an environment of financial security and growth for our traders. We believe these guidelines will help promote disciplined and profitable trading practices.

Standard and Premium Performance Account Trading Rules

Disclaimer: Humble Futures Funding utilizes a third-party legal service to send Performance Account (PA) agreements. Due to this process, agreements may be sent up to one day after a PA account is activated. Traders must not engage in any trading activities on their Performance Account until the PA Legal Agreement is signed. Trading before signing the agreement may result in immediate account termination.

Performance Account Agreement Compliance: Traders are required to sign the Performance Account Agreement before commencing any trading activities on their Performance Account. Trading without signing this agreement constitutes non-compliance and may result in immediate account termination. This rule ensures all traders acknowledge and adhere to the terms and conditions governing their accounts. Please ensure the agreement is completed to avoid any disruptions to your account.

Scalping and High-Frequency Trading (HFT) Restrictions:  Humble Futures Funding emphasizes the importance of deliberate and well-planned trading approaches, strictly prohibiting practices that encourage excessive risk-taking or speculative behavior. To maintain a responsible trading environment, traders are barred from engaging in High-Frequency Trading (HFT) strategies. This includes holding trades for under 8 seconds, increasing position sizes after a loss (commonly known as HFT Martingale), or using grid trading tactics. Additionally, scalping—defined as executing trades for 2 points or less in over 25% of your trades—is strictly prohibited. Any violation of these guidelines may lead to account termination, as these rules are designed to promote trading stability and discourage actions that could undermine it.

30% Profit Consistency Rule for Performance Accounts:
Humble Futures Funding requires traders with Standard and Premium Performance Accounts to follow the 30% Profit Consistency Rule. This rule ensures that no single trading day's net profit exceeds 30% of the total net profit during the required trading days. It is designed to promote disciplined and consistent trading, rather than reliance on one oversized trading day.

While Evaluation Accounts may allow some leniency in meeting this guideline, Performance Accounts are held to a strict standard. If this rule is violated, payout requests will be denied and account termination may occur. This is a firm requirement for maintaining a funded Performance Account. Traders are expected to demonstrate strategic, well-balanced trading habits to protect their access to payouts and avoid account penalties.

Additionally, if any trading activities are detected that defy Humble Futures Funding’s risk tolerance or involve prohibited practices, Humble Futures Funding reserves the right to terminate the trader’s account. For more detailed information, please refer to the Humble Futures Funding Performance Account Agreement as well as the Prohibited Trading Practices section of our FAQ.

Can traders use leverage, and what are the associated risks?

Humble Futures Funding does not permit the use of leverage in trading. We believe that trading without leverage encourages more responsible risk management and helps traders avoid the potential for significant losses that can occur with leveraged positions. Leverage can amplify both gains and losses, often leading to high-risk trading behaviors. By trading without leverage, our traders are encouraged to focus on long-term, sustainable strategies that prioritize capital preservation and steady growth, aligning with our commitment to fostering disciplined trading practices.

• Copy Trading Policy: Copy trading is permitted, allowing traders to mirror trades across multiple accounts as long as all trading practices remain within the firm's rules. Traders using copy trading should still adhere to all risk management and trading rules, including scalping and high-frequency trading restrictions, as these rules will be enforced across all accounts.

• Account Limit: To ensure responsible and manageable trading, there is a limit of 25 funded or performance accounts that can be held simultaneously. This cap allows traders to maximize their earning potential while maintaining a disciplined and controlled trading approach.

• Risk Disclaimer: Rithmic’s built-in copy trader and Quantower’s copy trading functionality may occasionally generate ghost orders (orders that appear on the platform but are not executed or recognized by the broker). Humble Futures Funding does not provide support for issues related to ghost orders. Traders utilizing these tools acknowledge the inherent risks and accept full responsibility for any discrepancies that may arise.

Humble Futures Funding encourages traders to leverage these options responsibly to enhance their trading experience, maximize their profits, and maintain alignment with firm policies.

What exchanges are available, and how can I access additional ones?

25 Funded Accounts Merit Based System

Merit-Based Account Limits (Replacing the 25 Max Funded Account Rule)

We are removing the previous limit of 25 max funded/performance accounts and replacing it with a merit-based system that rewards consistent and profitable traders.

New Account Limits per Path:
Standard Path: Traders can hold up to 3 funded accounts at a time.
Express Path: Traders can hold up to 3 funded accounts at a time.
Instant Funding: Traders can hold up to 2 funded accounts at a time.

This means traders can hold up to 8 funded accounts at any time across the standard and express paths, but each path has its own individual max.

Merit-Based Expansion System:
Instead of a hard limit, account limits will now increase based on merit.
• If a trader reaches the payout threshold for a specific path, their max account limit for that path will increase by 2 accounts.
• This applies independently for each path.

Progression Structure Explained:
Standard Path: Traders start with 3 funded accounts and can increase by 2 accounts if they reach the max payouts for that path, up to a max of 10 funded accounts.
Express Path: Traders start with 3 funded accounts and can increase by 2 accounts if they reach the max payouts for that path, up to a max of 10 funded accounts.
Instant Funding: Traders start with 2 funded accounts and can increase by 2 accounts every 2 payouts, up to a max of 5 funded accounts.

Example Scenario:
• If a trader achieves three payouts in the Standard Path, they will be allowed to trade up to 5 funded accounts at the same time on that path after.
• If they achieve another five payouts, their max will increase to 7 funded accounts, continuing up to 10 max funded accounts for that path.

Why This Change?
This scaling approach ensures that traders earn their increased limits while maintaining disciplined trading habits.

The absolute max number of funded accounts remains 25, but traders must prove consistency and profitability to reach that limit.

This update allows traders to scale responsibly while keeping risk management and accountability at the core of the funding process.
